• Upload videos (up to 10 minutes)
• Generate AI-powered transcriptions and captions
• Create short-form content optimized for social media platforms
• Download edited videos for distribution

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must have all necessary rights and permissions to use such content.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

VidWise.io offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans include limited features as specified on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions:

• Are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• May be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard
• Are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our Service, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis for:

• Technical issues preventing Service access within the first 7 days of initial subscription
• Duplicate billing or processing errors
• Other exceptional circumstances as determined by our team

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous Service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency repairs
• Technical issues beyond our control

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDWISE.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
